Are you living the same day over and over?
Work.
Come home.
Watch TV.
Go to bed.
Do it again.
There is nothing wrong with working hard, providing, and taking care of your responsibilities.
But somewhere along the way, a lot of good men quietly lose something.
They stop pursuing anything.
They stop trying new things.
They stop having stories to tell.
They stop feeling excited about the future.
They stop feeling like themselves.
From the outside, everything may look fine.
But inside, they know they have slipped into autopilot.
Freedom & Adventure Individual is a 30-day one-on-one reset for men who are ready to wake that part of themselves back up.
This is not about running from your life.
This is not about abandoning your responsibilities, blowing up your marriage, chasing cheap thrills, or pretending you are 21 again.
This is about becoming more alive inside the life you already have.
It is about recovering the kind of confidence, passion, curiosity, discipline, and adventure that makes a man better — not worse.
A better husband.
A better father.
A better friend.
A better leader.
A better steward of his own life.
The goal is simple:
Over the next 30 days, we will work together to help you choose one meaningful pursuit, take real action on it, and start becoming the kind of man who has something real to say when someone asks:
“What’s new?”
Why work individually?
Some men like the energy and accountability of a small group.
Other men know they would make better progress in a private setting.
The individual version of Freedom & Adventure gives you room to talk honestly about your life, your routine, your responsibilities, your frustrations, and what you want to recover — without having to process it in front of a group.
This is for the man who wants focused attention, direct accountability, and a 30-day mission built around his actual life.
One-on-one work allows us to move faster, get more specific, and shape the reset around your schedule, your season, your responsibilities, and the kind of adventure or meaningful pursuit that would actually matter to you.
You will not be handed vague motivation.
You will build a mission.
And then you will act on it.
Who this is for
Freedom & Adventure Individual is for men who are tired of drifting through the same routine and are ready to take action.
This may be for you if:
You feel like life has become too predictable, flat, or routine.
You miss having something to look forward to.
You used to have hobbies, interests, dreams, or adventures, but life got busy and they disappeared.
You work hard and provide, but you know there should be more to life than earning money, paying bills, watching TV, and going to bed.
You want private guidance instead of working through this in a group.
You want to rebuild confidence through action, not empty motivation.
You want to pursue something meaningful without neglecting your responsibilities.
You are willing to be challenged, encouraged, and held accountable.
You are a good man who knows he has been coasting — and you are ready to move again.
Who this is not for
This is not for men looking for an excuse to escape responsibility.
This is not for men looking to add immoral adventure to their lives.
This is not for men who want to complain, blame, or stay stuck.
This is not for men who want entertainment without action.
This is not for men who want hype, fake alpha talk, or shallow motivation.
This is for men who are willing to be honest, choose a mission, and take the next right step.
What you will do
Freedom & Adventure Individual is built around four one-on-one Zoom calls over 30 days.
Call 1 — Day 1: Mission Session
90 minutes
This is the main planning and direction-setting call.
During this session, we will identify where life has become stale, routine, or passive. We will look back at the interests, passions, skills, dreams, and adventures that used to make you feel alive. We will clarify what kind of man you want to become in the next season of life.
Then we will choose one meaningful 30-day mission and break it into simple, realistic action steps.
You will not leave this call with vague inspiration.
You will leave with a mission and your first assignment.
Call 2 — Day 10: Resistance and Course Correction
60 minutes
By Day 10, you will have started to see where resistance shows up.
Maybe life got busy.
Maybe doubt crept in.
Maybe the mission needs to be adjusted.
Maybe you started strong and need to keep the momentum going.
This call is about honesty, accountability, and course correction.
We will review what happened, what got in the way, what needs to change, and what your next steps need to be.
Call 3 — Day 20: Momentum and Follow-Through
60 minutes
By Day 20, the initial excitement may have worn off.
This is where many men drift back into the old routine.
This call is designed to help you recommit, strengthen momentum, and keep moving. We will look at what is working, what still needs attention, and how to finish the final stretch with discipline and purpose.
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is follow-through.
Call 4 — Day 30: Review and Next Step
60 minutes
The final call is about looking honestly at what changed.
We will review what you did, what you learned, where confidence began to return, and what needs to happen next.
The goal is not just to finish 30 days.
The goal is to leave with a renewed sense of direction and the confidence that comes from actually doing what you said you would do.
What kind of mission could you choose?
Your 30-day mission does not have to be dramatic.
It just needs to matter.
You might choose to:
Start fishing, hiking, camping, cycling, lifting, woodworking, writing, playing music, or creating again.
Plan and take a real adventure with your wife, kids, or close friends.
Begin training for a physical goal.
Start building something with your hands.
Revisit an old passion you abandoned.
Begin a business idea, creative project, or personal challenge that has been sitting on the shelf for years.
Take one meaningful step toward the kind of life you keep saying you want.
The point is not to impress anyone.
The point is to stop drifting and start moving.

Common questions
Is this coaching?
The best way to describe it is a 30-day one-on-one reset.
You will receive structure, challenge, accountability, and practical guidance. But the focus is action. You will choose one meaningful pursuit and take real steps toward it over the next 30 days.
Is this therapy or counseling?
No.
This is not therapy, counseling, or medical care. It is a practical action-based reset for men who feel stuck in routine and want to start moving again.
Do I need to know my 30-day mission before we start?
No.
Part of the first call is designed to help you identify what you want to pursue.
You may already have something in mind. Or you may just know that you feel stuck, stale, or bored with the routine. Either way is fine.
Is this faith-based?
This program is values-based, not explicitly faith-based.
It is built for men who want more confidence, passion, freedom, and adventure without abandoning integrity, responsibility, family, or their values.
What if I am not an outdoorsman or “adventure guy”?
That is fine.
Adventure does not have to mean climbing a mountain or buying a motorcycle.
Adventure can mean doing something meaningful, uncomfortable, creative, challenging, or alive again.
For one man, that may be camping.
For another, it may be writing music.
For another, it may be taking his wife on intentional dates.
For another, it may be building something, training for something, or finally starting a project he keeps putting off.
The point is not the activity.
The point is movement.
Can I do this if I do not live near Sioux Falls?
Yes.
The individual version is fully by Zoom, so you do not need to live in Sioux Falls to participate.
Final word
A lot of men are not broken.
They are bored.
Buried.
Distracted.
Tired.
Responsible, but no longer alive in the way they used to be.
Freedom & Adventure Individual is for men who are ready to do something about it with private guidance and direct accountability.
Not someday.
Now.
